A great alternative to Lowes or Home Depot when looking for outdoor-related supplies. Their black oil sunflower seeds (40 lbs bag) is considerably cheaper if you like to feed birds.

Tried to buy something and they didnโt have anyone willing to attempt to do their job and use the fork lift to load a safe in the back of my truck. Like they just said nope we donโt like to pick up heavy things with the fork lift, and yes they were certified, certified incompetent! But they had a simple solution, just drive all the way back up here tomorrow when we might have someone willing to do their job then. Gas at $4, screw you tractor supply!

I Showed the cashier a photo of the soil I wanted to buy. The purchase was complete, but it turned out they didnโt even have it in stock and showed a -3 in stock on their computer. After this was realized a representative assisted me in finding a substitution. We found one that showed listed as 399 a bag but when we got to the register it was 1199. At that point I decided I only wanted to get two bags instead of three but the amount they were refunding me was for the subtotal which didnโt include tax, and when I brought that up, they accused me of trying to take more money than what I paid due to the original receipt showing a buy one get 1/2 off. I was not expecting nor intending to get more money than what I paid, but simply requested that they refund the total amount on the check which would include sales tax. The sales tax was not considered nor did they understand what I was explaining to them so I decided to take my soil back and get a refund. The refund wouldnโt process because it was Apple Pay so they gave me cash. THEN while walking back to my car one of the representatives said โbye-byeโ like a snot. I have never seen that representative before, but she did not give a goo

Came in to ask where heating lamps were for newborn puppies. Had a long day and didnt want to search the store. I had brought my dog in with me. I asked a lady hanging up clothing where the heat lamps were. She got very frustrated with me and was basicly like leave me alone i work in garden and appearl. Left me feeling very awkward and last thing i wanted in that moment was someone being mean. I understand that life is difficult and we all have our moments, but i think we should do our best not to take it out on others. Much love, will still always shop here.

Customer service is usually really good, but buyers, please be aware, they're selling fire wood bundles that are soaked which defeats the purpose of ready to go bundles.
